Today we hiked up to the top of Albert Mountain. At the top of the mountain is an old fire tower, located at 100.1 miles on the trail. Now we only have to do that 21 more times! The trail in North Carolina so far has been less steep than Georgia, buy the last 0.3 miles to the top were probably the steepest we’ve had. 12.1 miles today. It will be rainy but warm tonight and tomorrow morning.
