No rain in the night! We woke up to a brisk and clear morning, and the sun shone all day. It even got a little warm out! It seems like every caterpillar in the mountains emerged today to make cocoons. They were dangling all over the trail, and crawling over everything. Even now they are crawling all over the tent! The hiking was nice today, a few tough uphills but nothing too crazy. We hiked 16.6 miles today to a dry campsite, alone again and enjoying a really nice evening. We have a mini resupply tomorrow and we will cross mile 600.
