Last night we camped at mile 799, so this morning we passed mile 800. I meant to take a photo of our crowded campsite last night, but I forgot until there was only one tent left, so imagine 4 tents here:
You can see the road right in the background, so not an ideal spot to camp. There were no good trees to beat bag, so we hung them off the bridge:

We only hiked just under 7 miles today to resupply in town. We were at the grocery store and sunshine offered us a free ride back to the trail in the morning, so we’re pretty excited about that. We’re getting closer to the Shenandoah’s, should be there in about three days!

I cannot even imagine the thrill of getting another mile behind you. I agree with Therese,bags look funny on the bridge but a really good idea. Enjoy your company. Love you guys !
