Today was a bit similar to yesterday, but with sun. We got up a bit earlier today, enjoyed the view of the pond and hit the trail by 8. Just like yesterday we hiked most of the day-16 miles-toward food. We hit Dalton around 2:45 and stopped at a pub for sandwiches and a pint. After that it was only 4 miles to camp, another 20 mile day with time to relax before sunset. The heat has returned with the sun, though not nearly as bad and there is a chill in the air in the evenings again. We found a geocache in town today too.
