Lots of short, steep ups and downs today as we went into the Mahoosuc Range. We heard there were moose near the shelter at Gentian Pond, so we decided to camp here tonight. We saw two moose swimming, our first sighting! This is our last night in New Hampshire. Tomorrow we will cross into Maine.
