We walked past literally dozens of ponds and lakes today. Every mile or so there was another lake with camping along the shore. We had a nice morning walk despite feeling a little tired today. We had a late afternoon break and a swim at a large lake with several other hikers before pushing on for the afternoon. Despite all the water, the mosquitos were less severe today than they have been, a welcome reprieve. We hiked 29 miles to camp at yet another lake.
