Day 138: Yosemite

Our awesome trail angel hosts from last night served us coffee, bagels, and hash browns for breakfast before driving us back to the trailhead. We may have gotten a later start than usual, but it was worth it.  We hiked on steep ridgelines all morning getting absolutely blasted by the wind. It was cold and tiring. Finally we found a sheltered spot for lunch, and in the afternoon the terrain flattened out quite a bit and we got some shelter from the wind amongst the trees. At the end of the day we went over Dorothy Lake Pass, to officially enter Yosemite National Park. We are camped at the lake in the best shelter from the wind we could find. We walked 20.5 miles today.
