It rained most of the night and into the morning, so we were a little slow getting out of camp. It was foggy and misty for the first half of the day, then the sun came out and it got warm and humid. We had great views all day and came to the second tower on the trail at Wayah Bald for an awesome panoramic view of the mountains. Only 3 people in the shelter tonight and 6 campers so a nice small group and only one new face. We hiked 14.8 miles.
