We got a ride out of town about 9 am this morning, and headed back into the mountains. The trail circled around Big Bear Lake and we had great views back toward town. It was a warm day with a lot of uphill, so we are glad to be at higher altitudes for a few days. In the afternoon we walked through an old burn area until we reached Little Bear camp around 5 pm. We hiked 19 miles, and still had the time to enjoy relaxing at camp which was really nice.
